Stoked to see Randy’s movie this weekend. Such an amazing guy. Surprised to find out somehow I survived the cutting room floor and am in the beginning of it during the first hike of his 48 last winter. Pretty damn awesome thing for him to accomplish. One of only 46 people to ever climb all 48 4000 footers in New Hampshire in a single winter, and the first blind person ever to do it, and Quinn is the first dog to do it as well. In 5 days I’ll be spending 3 days at one of the most beautiful hotels in all of New Hampshire for work. I can’t wait. Talk about the most peaceful place ever. Unless of course you count the alpacas that stare at you unnervingly and sniff each other’s balls all day.
BUT!!! That just adds to the ambiance.
Seriously, it’s tucked in the White Mountains and is just incredible. I’ve stayed at the Mountain View Grand before, the Mount Washington Hotel, and the Balsams, and the MVG is by far my favorite.
Can’t wait to check into my haunted room O_o
