After New York we ended up going all the way up to Lincon, New Hampshire about 325 miles from New York. Our stay there lasted 3 days and was a definite change going from the busy of the city to the mountain ranges. This picture was taken no less than 5 mins away from the hotel at a restaurant called Gypsy Cafe which we visited two night in a row. This is where I learnt of the amazing portion size and that you shouldn’t order Grande Nachos as a starter.

    Matt

A former coworker of mine owns and runs the Gypsy Cafe. Best little town and the best cafe you can find in the state. Bar none. I mean it.
