Highlight reel I put together for Forrest Griffin back in 2007…
Forrest is by far one of my favorite fighters to watch. It goes without saying that most MMA fighters have a blatant disregard for their safety, but Forrest seems to be on another level, he actually seems to fight more under control when he sees his own blood. He’s incredibly technical but scrappy at the same time and resilient. Love love love watching him fight.
