First trip to the chiropractor since football...
My chiropractor said to me “That was the most cracks out of anyone’s neck I’ve ever gotten.”
He has been cracking people for over 25 years.
I didn’t know whether to high five him or get myself fitted for a wheelchair.

I signed up to test Spotify Premium before Christmas. I’ve seen countless updates to all my computers and my phone and yet I still had Spotify Premium - no commercials, mobile playlists, everything. It was glorious.
Until it caught up to me and all of a sudden I’m back to the free version.

Last night I spotted a guy in the gym on the bench who was working heavy weight (350 lbs.) and as he gripped the bar, I immediately pulled back. I told him I absolutely would not spot him if he was going to use suicide grip. He obviously had never been told that before and asked me why.
